தோழி= தோழீ; ஊடற்கண் சென்றேன்= காதலரைக் காணாமுன் அவர்செய்த தவற்றைத் தன்னொடுநினைந்து யான் அவரோடு ஊடுதற்கண்ணே சென்றேன்; என்நெஞ்சு அதுமறந்து கூடற்கண் சென்றது= கண்டபின் என் நெஞ்சு அதனை மறந்து கூடுதற்கண்ணே சென்றது எ-று.
