தேவர் அனையர் கயவர்= தேவரும் கயவரும் ஒருதன்மையர்; அவரும் தாம் மேவன செய்து ஒழுகலான்= அஃது யாதனான் எனின், தேவரைப்போன்று தம்மை நியமிப்பார் இன்றிக் கயவரும் தாம் விரும்புவனவற்றைச் செய்து ஒழுகலான்.
