People delay doing good until they have the right amount — more money, more time, more standing. The verse cuts that off: do it 'by every means within your power.' The household giver works to the size of the purse; the renouncer to the strength of the body. The instruction isn't 'do great things' — it's 'do what you can, now, with what you have.'
உன்னிடம் உள்ள எந்த வழியிலும்.

The verse's quiet word is 'ceaselessly.' Good done in one heroic burst and then dropped is worth less than a small, unbroken habit. Valluvar is describing a current, not a flood — a steady channel of small right actions that never quite stops. That is harder, and far more transforming, than the occasional grand gesture.

Parimelazhagar reads 'wherever' as mind, word and deed — the three places good can be done. So virtue isn't reserved for charity or grand acts; it lives in a fair thought, a kind word, an honest hand, all day long. The field is not somewhere you go; it is wherever you already are.

Having ranked virtue highest and warned against forgetting it, Valluvar gets practical: do the work of virtue by every means you can, without ceasing, wherever it can be done. Three clauses — feasible means, no pause, every occasion — turn a lofty value into a way of moving through an ordinary day.
Don't wait for the right scale; start at your own.
The temptation is to postpone goodness until you can do it impressively. Resist it. Act to the size of what you actually have, keep it unbroken rather than dramatic, and look for the chance in ordinary moments — a thought, a word, a deed — rather than waiting for a grand occasion.
