யார்யார்க்கும் நீர் இன்று உலகு அமையாது எனின் = எவ்வகை மேம்பட்டார்க்கும் நீரையின்றி உலகியல் அமையாதாயின்; ஒழுக்கு வான் இன்று அமையாது = அந்நீர் இடையறாது ஒழுகும் ஒழுக்கும் வானையின்றி அமையாது. (இடையறாது ஒழுகுதல், எக்காலத்தும் எவ்விடத்தும் உளதாகல். இவை மூன்று பாட்டானும் அறம் பொருள் இன்பங்கள் நடத்தற்கு ஏதுவாதல் கூறப்பட்டது.)
